These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website, resources, and services. By accessing or using Osmo’s platform and/or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay, but you won’t be able to use our services.

Scope of Services

Osmo provides access to a curated library of resources, including code snippets, templates, tutorials, tools, and more. Access may be granted through:

• Subscription Plans: Quarterly or annual recurring payments provide access to the resources and benefits included in the selected plan for the duration of the active subscription.
• One-Time Purchases: Certain products, courses, templates, or add-ons may be offered as standalone purchases. These purchases grant continued access to the specific product purchased, subject to these Terms and any product-specific conditions.
• Legacy Lifetime Memberships: Lifetime Memberships purchased before July 10, 2026 at 23:59 CEST remain valid under the conditions that applied to those memberships. Lifetime Memberships are no longer available for purchase.

Use of Osmo’s Resources

For a complete description of all permitted and prohibited usages, please read our Licensing Agreement. By using our resources, you agree to the following:

• Permitted Use: You may use our resources for personal or client projects, including commercial use, subject to these Terms and our Licensing Agreement.
• Prohibited Use: You may not:
  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense our resources, whether in original or modified form.
  • Recreate our resources on other platforms (e.g., Framer, or JS Frameworks) and distribute and/or sell them, attributed or not.
  • Share your account or credentials with others.

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for non-compliance.

Memberships and Access

• Subscriptions: Quarterly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Payments are processed through our payment provider. When a subscription is canceled, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that date, access to the Osmo Vault and other membership benefits ends.
• Legacy Lifetime Memberships: The Lifetime Membership was permanently discontinued on July 10, 2026 at 23:59 CEST and is no longer available for purchase. Members who purchased a Lifetime Membership before that date retain their access for the life of the Osmo platform, subject to these Terms and the Licensing Agreement.
  
  Legacy Lifetime Memberships are:
  • Non-transferable: Access is tied to the account through which the Lifetime Membership was purchased and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or sublicensed.
  • Limited to the included membership content: Lifetime access applies to the Osmo Vault and any other products or benefits that were explicitly included with the membership at the time of purchase. It does not automatically include future standalone products, premium add-ons, templates, courses, or services sold separately.
  • Valid for the life of the platform: Lifetime access remains valid for as long as Osmo continues to operate the relevant platform. Osmo may modify, replace, or discontinue individual resources where reasonably necessary because of legal, technical, security, licensing, maintenance, or operational requirements.

Refund Policy

Because Osmo provides immediate access to digital content and services, refunds are limited. If you experience an issue or are unsatisfied with your initial purchase, contact us at hello@osmo.supply within 7 days of creating your account. We will review eligible requests on a case-by-case basis.

This 7-day period applies only to the initial creation of your account and does not restart upon subscription renewal, a later billing period, or the purchase of an additional product. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Taxes

All prices listed on Osmo are subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees based on your location.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Osmo. These links are provided for convenience and additional resources but are beyond our control.

Osmo has no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. By accessing these links, you acknowledge and agree that Osmo is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Affiliate Links

Some links within the Osmo Vault may be referral or affiliate links. This means Osmo may receive compensation if you make a purchase or subscribe through these links.

We include referral links only to products or services we believe provide value to our users. Using these links comes at no additional cost to you and helps support Osmo’s development and continued resource creation.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed to reflect changes in our services or policies. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
